Completed through to delivery, the project reflects Naylor Property Group’s capability in managing subdivision projects from planning and design through to completion.

The development delivered a well located land offering in a sought after growth corridor, reflecting Naylor Property Group’s focus on practical, high quality residential outcomes.

This completed 39 lot land subdivision delivered a significant residential outcome with an end value of approximately $40 million. Located within Brisbane’s established northern growth corridor, the project is well positioned in the mature suburb of Taigum, close to major retail, schools, parkland, public transport and key arterial connections. The development delivered a quality infill land outcome at scale, responding to strong demand for well located residential product in Brisbane’s north.

Malcolm brings to the Board over 25 years of strategic, financial and management experience accumulated over his career in construction, property development, advisory and professional services.


Malcolm specialises in the leadership of complex and major projects with particular emphasis on project initiation and feasibility, business case, operational reform, design, procurement and delivery. Malcolm is also experienced in alternate forms of procurement and financial structuring.
